After leaving Katie in the safe-house (a gas station, I went out looking for a place to get some Zombrex. Out back I grabbed a Wrench, a Sledgehammer, a Rack and a bottle of Whiskey.
Outside of the safe house were a bunch of zeds. Time to bust some skulls :)I fought my way through, killing several before my Wrench broke. Fortunately there was a Crowbar nearby to replace it.
I reached the Quarantine Zone, but it looked like the Zeds got there first. I searched an over turned Ambulance and found a box of Zombrex. I also heard that backup for the Quarantine ost will be there at 21:00 hours. Going to have to get out of there before that. Not sure how, but I found art of a motorcycle. Maybe I can find more arts and fix it.
I tossed the bike frame into a nearby cart and used it to plow through the Zeds between me and the Safe House. I also mowed down several of them with an Assault Rifle I picked up off a dead soldier. Once back at the safe-house, I made a list of what needed to be done to get it working again. Looks like it's time to go shopping.
Before I left I found a box of nails. Remembering that there was a Propane tank in the garage, I grabbed both of them, took them to a work bench, and taped them together to make an I.E.D. (and got a scratch card for it too. Then I went onto the roof I threw it into a crowd of Zeds (it took out one of them) and grabbed a Sniper Rifle I found up there. And then I shot it. it was cool.
After making a few Spiked Bats (and getting the Combo Card for it) I headed out to find the parts I needed. First stop is the Hardware Store. Outside, I batted away a Wasp and stepped on it, which caused several nearby Zed's heads to explode. Wonder why.
I saw a man standing on top of a van. After killing the Zeds around the van, I talked to him and found out that he is the owner of the local Pawn Shop and asked me to help him get there. so I did. I got him back there and he said he would give me a good deal on everything in the store. He also said he could sell me a wheel for the bike and tell me where to find other stuff, if the price is right He said to check the Hotel for some parts. On my way there I found the engine in a back ally.
I took the engine back and put it in the bike. After building another Spiked Bat, I headed out to find the other parts. Along the way I found Fausto and Gemini in the bar and helped them back to the safe house. On the way back I found the Gass Can next to the Gas Pumps
I eventually got into the Hotel, where I found the Shed Key. I used that to unlock a shed on the edge of town where I found the Forke.
After that I talked to Bob, the owner of the Gun Shop. He said there were a couple guys fighting off Zeds near the Department Store and one was using a Handlebar as a weapon. I found them and helped fight the Zombies. The one with the Handle Bar said I could have it if I brought him a Broadsword from the Gun Shop. I did and then lead them back to the Safe House. the clock reached 7 on the way. Time to get Katey her Zombrex.
After I gave her the Zombrex, We were attacked by Jed the Mechanic, who wanted to kill Katey before she became a Zombie. I beat him using a couple of Assult Rifles that I had picked up in the Gun Shop and a few swings from a Spiked Bat. He staggered backwards into a pile of cars, which caused the top one to fall onto him. I also leveled up and got the Boom Stick combo card. I also learned the Backdrop move.
With time running out I made my way to the Pawn Shop. I bought the Wheel and fought several Zeds on my way back to the Safe House. With just a few minutes to sare, I got back to the shop and put everything together.
With the bike held together, literally with Duct Tape, it was time to get out of Still Creek. Unfortunately the military was ahead of schedule. We had to get out of there or else they would find out that Katey was infected. We made our way out of town, killing a few zeds on the way.
After escaping the military, We found the truck that was stolen when we first got to Still Creek. The thiefs were dead, so Chuck took his Jacket, the Zombrexs, Kateys back pack, and a photo and headed for Fortune City.
I saved 5 people killed, 546 zombies, reached level 4, and got the A ending, earning a total of 72,986 PP for the game.. I also unlocked the Zombie Hunter, A Taste Of Things To Come, Clueless No More, Part Way There, Chop Shop, Ready To Ride, and We ride to Fortune City achievments.
